Job Shadows at Lincoln High School

What is a Job Shadow?

Job shadows give students the opportunity to experience a typical day in a career of interest. Students spend time with an adult at his/her worksite, observing and asking questions about a career.

How do I request a Job Shadow?**
Job shadow applications can be found in the School-to-Work Office (room 130) at Lincoln High School or
Click HERE for a General Job Shadow Application!

**Special note about healthcare job shadows:  These must be requested directly through the Lakeshore Healthcare Alliance website. Click HERE to visit their website.

How long does a job shadow last?
Job shadows typically last 2-4 hours and can be done in an individual setting or as a group experience. The exact time-frame is up to the business providing the opportunity.
