Senior Portrait Information

Senior portraits and senior quotes are due by Jan 1, 2023. 
 

PLEASE NOTE: Yearbook will only accept digital photos for Senior photos. If you have questions about this policy, please contact John Dorn at [email protected]

To submit your senior photo, please complete the following Google Form*:

*PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL SENIOR PHOTOS. THEY MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE LINKED FORM.

Senior photos MUST adhere to the following requirements: 

  • Must be submitted via Google Form linked above for tracking purposes
  • File name must be lastnamefirstname.jpg (for instance, DoeJohn.jpg) or other file extension.
  • Portrait images should be high-resolution (at least 640×800 pixels, 2.133 inches wide by 2.667 inches high at 300 DPI) and should be JPEG/JPG or PNG files. 

 No portrait? No problem!

If no senior photo is provided or taken by yearbook staff, the students ID photo will be used instead. 


 

Are there any requirements of the photo I submit?

 ~Photos must be vertical/portrait (*Horizontal photos will need to be cropped and will not appear as expected) 
~Portrait images should be high-resolution (at least 640×800 pixels, 2.133 inches wide by 2.667 inches high at 300 DPI) and should be JPEG/JPG or PNG files. 

~In order to maintain visual consistency across yearbook pages, the yearbook staff reserves the right to crop photos as necessary.

*While only vertical photos are accepted, if your horizontal portrait has enough background we can crop it to fit the vertical requirements. Email l[email protected] for assistance. 



A few weeks before the deadline, if the yearbook staff has not received a senior student's photo, the student and parents will be notified via email that a senior photo has not yet been received.
