Frequently Asked Questions

(updated 6/20/2022)

Am I required to register for LHS athletics online?
Yes, this is the only way we are taking registration for all sports; ONLY for high school students. Middle school sports require forms to be filled out in the middle school offices and with coaches.

What if I do not have a computer or online access?
No problem, stop by the LHS office during normal office hours and we can help you.

Is there any “paper” that needs to be turned in as part of the registration process?
Yes and No. Physical forms must be completed and signed by a medical practitioner. This form can either be uploaded when you register online in FinalForms or you can bring a hard copy to the main office.  All other forms are completed online.

Where can I find information on athletic fees?
The athletic fee is $50 and must be paid before athletes can compete in a game/competition. The only year this fee was waived was 20-21 due to COVID. No fees are required at the Middle school level.

Do I need to attend every code of conduct meeting offered?
No, you only need to attend 1 code of conduct meeting for the entire school year.  The athletic department will host at least 1 code of conduct meeting through out the year, typically at the beginning of the school year and potentially in winter.  If you are unable to attend the date it is offered, please see Mr. Diedrich in the athletic office.
