IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:

Graduation Ceremony Expectations:  High school graduation is a ceremony.  Celebration occurs after the ceremony.  You and/or your classmates do not want to disrupt a ceremony for others.  Even though you receive the diploma, remember this is also for your families.

·     All school rules and policies apply through the June 8th ceremony.

·     Rehearsals are required.  Be there on time.

·     Possession/use of any disruptive objects (firecrackers, silly string, beach balls, air horns, etc.) will lead to immediate removal.  Any sort of disruption to the commencement exercise will result in removal from the ceremony and possible citation for disorderly conduct.  Diplomas can be picked up in the office after discipline obligations are met.

·     Use proper respect and decorum for the various speakers and musical selections.

Tickets for Graduation:  You will receive five (5) tickets to graduation after the second rehearsal on June 6th.   Extra tickets will handed out one at a time on a first come first serve basis in the main office on Thursday, June 7th, starting at 7:30 AM.

Diplomas:  Immediately following the ceremony you may pick up your diploma assuming you have taken care of all obligations as follows:

Last Names:       A thru F                 Attendance Office

                                                            G thru K                Main Office

                                                            L thru R                 Guidance Office

                                                            S thru Z                 Principal’s Office

Those not picked up on Friday will be available in the main office beginning Monday, June 11th.

I hope graduation is a meaningful day for you.  We wish you the best of everything in your hopes, your goals, your ambitions.  Congratulations on your achievement!
